Zebets Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Rules

Zebets (https://zebets.app) is an international online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis of the agreement between Zebets and all its users.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Zebets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Zebets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each person may only register one account on Zebets. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual or household, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Accurate information is required at registration. Providing an incorrect name, date of birth, or contact details may cause issues with future withdrawals.

• Registration requires your full name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• A national ID card or passport must be submitted for identity verification (KYC).
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access by third parties is strictly prohibited.

Zebets may request additional documents to complete the account verification process. This is part of our fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

All bets at Zebets are governed by fair and transparent rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, a Cash Out option is available for in-play bets.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits per single bet vary by market.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Zebets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Zebets' policy.
• Any suspicious betting patterns will be flagged and the relevant bets reviewed.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

Zebets supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

KYC verification is required to process withdrawals. Your first withdrawal may take a little longer as your account is reviewed. Subsequent withdrawals are processed faster.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to real balance once wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• If the wagering deadline passes before requirements are met, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bets placed on games or markets outside the eligible scope will not count toward wagering requirements.

Zebets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any changes made while a bonus is already active will not affect that bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zebets. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain bonus advantages (Bonus Abuse).
• Match fixing or betting based on unlawfully obtained inside information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack or compromise Zebets software or systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

Zebets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. However, if a legitimate user's account is closed, they will be given the opportunity to appeal.

• If an account is closed, the reason will be communicated via email.
• Any balance in the account (provided no rules have been violated) will be returned within 30 days.

• To close your account yourself, please submit a request to our support team.
